The quality control manager, Jake, oversaw the project during my roof replacement and made sure two of my valleys that had water drainage issue was properly done. It was such a pleasant experience dealing with Brazen Roofing and Gutters. I over research before large purchases, Mark Rissler had all the right answers and was a joy to deal with. I was not a fan of the companies that tried to pressure me into a decision, Mark simple gave me a very nice price on a better quality shingle. Let me tell you these people are outstanding. I never had Roof done before like this my first but they did an out standing job.clean up and they didn’t leave until they get stuff done and the gentleman that walked around with them. He made sure everything is done perfectly almost perfect. It looks nice. My wife was looking at it. It kinda like brought tears to my eyes because with my roof was terrible before I wish I had a picture to send you. It was awful and if you look at it now it’s like a brand new roof Like we just moved in and I’m really gonna enjoy looking at my roof every day going out side and turn around and look at it.
